6 Atlantic Quay in Glasgow's International Financial Services District is being revamped to provide high quality office space over seven floors for Solutino Pte Ltd. The project will return the 6AQ building to Glasgow's premium office market.
The CAT A fit-out over 69,352 sq ft includes a modernised lobby and new secondary entrance on to York Street along with electric car charging facilities. The redevelopment facilitates both single and multi-occupancy tenants, with integrated security solutions including speed gates and lifts to provide controlled entry from the lobby to the floors above.
6AQ is being cost managed by G&T's specialist interiors team with works delivered by GRAHAM.
