Arcadia Group
This major headquarter refurbishment project is home to iconic fashion brands such as Topshop, Topman and seven other leading fashion brands within the Arcadia Group.
The radical transformation of the existing 1920s building comprises the formation of two atria, a glazed roof, helical stair and the complete installation of all new toilet cores throughout the building.
The works were undertaken in phases to limit disruption to the business, while Arcadia remains in occupation.
