New build student residential development to be built over two phases on a very constrained and difficult brownfield city centre site.
The site is located in an extremely busy two lane, single direction highway which forms part of the gyratory system at the northern approach to Lancaster city centre.
Phase One of the development comprises six buildings providing 444 student beds and includes the Main Hub and Sky lounge.
Phase Two completed in September 2021 and comprises five buildings providing 215 student beds.
