G&T was appointed by Cognizant to support the consolidation of its real estate portfolio and ultimate relocation to 280 Bishopsgate.
We led the professional team through the site search and selection, technical due diligence, heads of terms and agreement for lease phases of the project, as well as the procurement of both the consultant and construction teams.
The project has seen the implementation of new ways of working for Cognizant as well as achieving its sustainability aspirations with the project achieving BREEAM 'Outstanding' and WELL 'Platinum'.
