Fora Wells Mews
With art deco inspired interiors echoing back to the building鈥檚 original use as a garment factory, Wells Mews comprises single-tenant private offices with dedicated collaboration rooms, phone booths, kitchens and lounges. The building also includes a wellness studio, lounge, caf茅, additional meeting rooms and workspaces.
The team was challenged to develop a design and construction methodology that provided a fully finished Fora building from day one while also completing enabling works to allow the building to be connected to Fora 42 Berners Street with minimal disruption to Fora and its clients in both buildings.
G&T supported Fora and its investors, Brockton Capital, through Agreement for Lease negotiations, provided monitoring services for landlord works to the existing building and also led and managed the design, procurement and fit-out works.
