G&T provided Cost and Project Management services for Phase One of this development which includes a four storey deep basement with energy centre, 603,000 sq ft of office space across two buildings and 170 luxury apartments in a third building.
The 897,000 sq ft scheme comprises five landmark buildings within a new pedestrianised space, delivering Grade A office space, luxury, modern apartments and high profile retail.
