Shard Place is the third phase of development at Shard Quarter.
The 26-storey residential led development is located adjacent to The Shard and The News Building. Shard Place will provide 176 private residential apartments with a range of amenities on levels 4, 16, 17 and 27.
The apartments range from studios to one, two and three bedrooms and many include naturally ventilated winter gardens, inspired by unique features in The Shard offices.
Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW Architects), the development is raised above ground level and set back from the road at St Thomas Street to enable the provision of retail space and extended public realm.
