Smashbox Studios
The project comprised complete renovation of an ageing photo studio within two former single storey industrial buildings into a high tech studio of the future.
Works included upgrading incoming utilities, MEP infrastructure and new finishes including a full suite of Audio Visual to service a wide range of entertainment industry clients. Final occupancy rating of F1 allowed for motion picture shooting as well as still photo shoots.
