A key part of Cardiff's Capital Quarter masterplan to transform a vacant site by the Dock Feeder canal, this landmark 25-storey building for developer Fusion Students provides accommodation for 674 students across a range of room types.
As well as the en-suite bedroom accommodation, Zenith also offers group study spaces, a gym and laundry room together with a sky bar and dining areas on the 25th floor.
To date G&T has provided Development Monitoring services on eight Fusion developments across the UK, including three in Cardiff.
