Kelli leads the Programme Management Office (PMO) team for commercial real estate clients internationally and is responsible for ensuring world class service delivery across the differing portfolios, programmes and projects supported by her team. Sectors supported include financial services, legal, technology and media.

Kelli has specialised in delivering workplace projects across the whole project lifecycle and working within client organisations supporting their real estate functions.

Using her knowledge and experience, she works with clients to build real estate strategies which support successful project delivery across complex programmes of work and multiple locations.
