Peter has extensive experience of strategic procurement and commercial management of major infrastructure programmes.
He has been involved with London 2012, Crossrail 1 and HS2 amongst others, using this experience he has jointly authored the RICS guidance note 鈥楾he role of the Commercial Manager in Infrastructure鈥�.
Peter鈥檚 other area of expertise is in BIM where he is a published author of 鈥楤IM and Quantity Surveying鈥�
