G&T provided Cost Management and Employer's Agent services for this GMW designed office development in close proximity to Bank Station.

The scheme comprised demolition of existing and provision of a new build 91,000 sq ft eight storey office development with Cat A fit-out, with retail and plant accommodation at lower ground and basement levels. The scheme also included retention of facades to two elevations up to level five, and three levels of fully glazed new construction above.

Extensive temporary works were required to retain the existing basement enclosure, retained facades and party walls.
