Atlantic Park

Atlantic Park

Atlantic Park has been confirmed as a customs sub-zone to support Liverpool's new Freeport status.  As a major employment-led logistics development for the North-West, Atlantic Park will provide up to 1,100 jobs when complete.

The scheme is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent' as well as EPC 'A' and is designed to have minimal embodied and operational carbon impact.  Each unit will feature roof mounted solar panels as standard and all buildings will have charge points for electric vehicles.

Works will be undertaken over three phases - phase 1 involves the demolition of existing offices buildings and industrial units, phase 2 includes the construction of four new industrial units of 350,000 sq ft while phase 3 will see the construction of three new industrial units totalling 440,000 sq ft.
