Candleriggs Square in Glasgow鈥檚 Merchant City is a new mixed-use scheme with homes, offices, restaurants and a new public square.
Phase one of the development includes 346 Build to Rent apartments with landscaped courtyards, terraces and residential amenities and retail units at ground floor. The new homes provide a mixture of studio, one, two and three bedroom properties including six duplex penthouses. A feature of the project is a 17-storey tower together with external landscaped areas.
Drum Property Group and Stamford Property Investments purchased the derelict 3.6-acre site in 2019 and developed a mixed-use masterplan to bring a vibrant and eclectic sense of place to the Merchant City.
