Catering & Housekeeping Procurement
Wellcome Connecting Science manages the conference centre and associated residences on the Wellcome Genome Campus.聽 G&T was appointed to lead the re-procurement of its Catering & Housekeeping contract as well as support the transition to the new contract.
We designed a comprehensive procurement process to leverage our external market knowledge and expertise, enhancing the quality of the requirements we took to market and enabling innovative solutions.
Our end-to-end management of the procurement process included the creation of technical and commercial tender documents as well as overseeing the tender phase, conducting both commercial and qualitative assessments, preparation of the tender evaluation report and supporting the preparation of the new contract.
Working with the client's legal team, we tailored the NEC4 FM contract to align with specific needs, facilitating the transition to the new contract and ensuring a smooth implementation of the changes.
