Central Foundation Boys' School
This phased redevelopment involved a number of buildings on the school campus which is located on a tight inner London site with a mixture of Grade II Listed and other buildings around a central courtyard.
Phases 1 and 2 are now complete with the first phase involving the demolition of an existing school building and the redevelopment of new teaching facilities including a new science laboratory, while the second phase comprised an extensive refurbishment of the original Tabernacle Chapel to create a new Arts & Drama centre and partially sunken sports hall.
Phase 3 will see a commercial building on the surplus land vacated following phase 2, which will complete the fourth side of the courtyard.
