CMS Fit-Out, London
G&T provided CDM, Project and Cost Management services in the successful delivery of the 拢18m new fit-out for CMS. The fit-out is in a new state of the art office space at Cannon Place, above Cannon Street station.
The fit-out consisted of 14,000m虏 over three levels which featured two interconnecting stairs, open plan working areas, client facing space and a restaurant.
The CMS project was the winner of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Award for Fit-Out of Workplace 2016 for the London and South-East region.
