Duck & Waffle
This fast-paced fit-out project included the management of multiple stakeholders, specialist designers and challenges with procurement of bespoke items for Duck & Waffle's expansion into Scotland in St James Quarter, Edinburgh.
One of the biggest challenges for this unique restaurant project was the co-ordination and management of the design phases.
The client and designers provided a unique brief that was full of duck-themed interior elements including egg-shaped gold reception desks, custom duck feet tiling, custom cast feather extraction drums, 360-degree seamless video columns, a central DJ/chef stand, fibreglass waffle stacks with ducks, feather lined tables and feather chandeliers.
