Eastpoint

The underutilised business park will be transformed into a 200,000 sq ft state-of-the-art science campus, featuring three lab-ready office buildings, a central café and a multi-storey car park doubling as an energy hub.

The development aims to be a leader in sustainability, targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding', WELL, Wired and Smart Platinum and Cycle Score Platinum certifications.

A key aspect of the project is community investment, offering initiatives such as a 'Learning Lab' a community pavilion and programmes to inspire local young people towards careers in technology and innovation.

Additionally the scheme emphasises sustainable transport, with top-tier cycling facilities, end-of-journey services and fitness spaces to enhance the wellbeing of all occupants.
