EDGE London Bridge

EDGE London Bridge

This state-of-the-art development aims to be London’s most sustainable office tower and has been designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and is registered to pursue WELL Platinum certification.

Designed by Pilbrow and Partners, the 396,000 sq ft building comprises 27 floors of commercial office space with the lowest four floors formed from a timber structure and CLT slabs to provide impressive amenity spaces incorporating a 300-person auditorium.

The development comprises zoned office space constructed using timber with interconnected floorplates to encourage collaboration across floors and teams. The scheme will also provide a gym and bike parking, as well as the introduction of a new public park in the space next to the building.

The designs also include planted balconies, underfloor air supply with mixed mode ventilation to improve air quality and floor to ceiling windows. Sensors will monitor how space is being used so specific areas can be heated or cooled in a more targeted way.
