Global Alternative Asset Manager
G&T was appointed to deliver this Global Alternative Asset Manager's new City of London headquarters, providing technical input and supporting the Agreement for Lease negotiations.
G&T also led the procurement and appointment of the Design & Build contractor, Oktra, to enable early occupation of the new office as well as liaising with all stakeholders which proved critical while constructing in an occupied building.
The new space comprises two separate trading floors, an expansive reception area and client suite along with several meeting rooms and private offices.
