Goodwin Procter reception area with feature staircase

Goodwin Procter

G&T was appointed by Goodwin to lead the site search and selection, transaction, design and delivery of its new London HQ in St. Paul's, combining its two separate London offices into one new larger contemporary office comprising approximately 90,000 sq ft.

The new offices include a mixture of cellular and open plan working environments together with a high-quality client meeting suite, wellness facilities, barista bar, large terrace and catering for both clients and employees. The working floors are then connected via an architecturally beautiful interconnecting staircase.

G&T provided integral support to Goodwin by coordinating the design team and other key team members to ensure the decision to go ‘agile’ was thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon before implementing. Additionally, by working closely with the base build team, G&T was able to ensure all base build difficulties that arose were carefully documented and communicated for quick resolution by the base build team.
