High Street
The proposed High Street development is one of Scotland's largest Build-to-Rent (BTR) schemes to date and will provide over 770 BTR and 680 student residential units with a mix of retail and leisure to service the new neighbourhood in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City.
With a focus on active travel, the public realm improvements to the 7.5 acre site will enhance connectivity with the Merchant City through High Street and into the East End, creating a safe and well connected new urban quarter, with a focus on creating flexible outdoor spaces for a wide range of community events.
