Problem-solving, agility and a collaborative, committed approach enabled the successful delivery of this CAT B refurbishment on time, allowing Hogan Lovells to continue business in its refurbished space efficiently without disruption.
The project involved adding 11 cellular offices, new meeting rooms and redesign of the open plan workspace to suit employees' changing workstyles.
With consideration to the temporary nature of this workspace, the solution needed to be considerate of budget and sustainability and so design was developed to maximise re-use of furniture, partitioning systems and finishes.
G&T worked closely with the client and the contractor, OD Create, who proposed clever sourcing of alternative, UK-based manufacturers who could provide compatible or similar products with tighter lead times to deliver on time and on budget.
