International Technology & Renewable Energy Zone
The International Technology & Renewable Energy Zone is a new global research and technology hub for the University of Strathclyde and Scottish Enterprise.
The "City Science" site comprises a new Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC) for the University, along with a speculative office building for Scottish Enterprise (ITREZ) comprising Grade A office space let on flexible commercial terms to established companies in the energy and enabling technologies industries.
