Landmark Manchester

The Landmark project is one of the first fully speculative office buildings to be built in Manchester for around 30 years.

The project involved the demolition of a former cinema on a restricted city centre site, utilising the existing basements and excavating further to provide two basement levels and 14 storeys of commercial Grade A office space above.

Landmark is the third building of this type to be constructed in the St Peter's Square area of the city and has formed part of the City Council's Masterplan for a number of years. Landmark provides approximately 180,000 sq ft of prime office space, 50 car parking spaces over two levels of basement, cycle storage and changing facilities as well as the potential for an amenity space on the ground floor.

Modern lifestyles and evolving work practices have heavily influenced the design of Landmark. A number of energy efficient features have been employed to assist with obtaining BREEAM 'Excellent' and EPC 'A' ratings. In addition the building has been awarded Wired Certificate Platinum status.

The project was completed at the start of 2020 and currently holds the accolade for the highest rent paid for city centre office space in Manchester.
