Lidl, Kingsway
G&T provided Cost Management and Employer's Agent services on behalf of Robert Hitchins, who developed and leased the 24,000 sq ft supermarket with car parking to Lidl.
The supermarket comprises a steel frame construction to a shell and core finish and the car park includes electric vehicle charging points.
The project was part of the wider Kingsway development, which G&T has overseen for a number of years.
