M&S - New Anchor Unit
The project involved the transformation of the existing Debenhams unit into a new 97,000 sq ft M&S flagship store including Foodhall and M&S Caf茅.
G&T worked with both the client and the tenant to agree the scope of works required to deliver the refurbishment and also provided programme and cost advice in order to progress from feasibility stage.
To achieve the agreed programme, an enabling contract was procured in advance of the main landlord works which delivered significant improvements to the storefront by removing the existing stone and installing a new full width, double-height glazed fa莽ade.
