Mandarin Oriental Mayfair

Mandarin Oriental offers 50 guestrooms and suites, 77 high-end private residences, restaurants, bar and a spa with a 25m pool.

The property has been designed using a Vierendeel structure, a method that only uses rectangular frames without diagonal members while the façade has been designed so that it can be dismounted and reused or recycled.  The use of steel for the façade structure allows embodied carbon reductions by reducing and optimising the concrete structure.

This boutique hotel and residences have been completed with contemporary luxury finishes and access to vibrant spa and dining area, which will be enjoyed by residents and guests, together with Mandarin's exceptionally high level of service.

Sustainability has been a key consideration during the design and construction phases of the project resulting in a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating.
