The development comprises 665 apartments across five blocks, ranging from 13 to 23 storeys in height, together with the transformation of the existing Grade II Listed Victorian railway viaduct.

Externally the 300m stone viaduct provides a linear park spanning the length of the site, linking into each of the blocks to provide access at first floor level and crossing the adjacent River Aire and Leeds to Liverpool canal for a quick route into Leeds City Centre.
