No1 West Bar Square
No 1 West Bar Square is the first building to complete on the West聽Bar聽Square masterplan in Sheffield City Centre, providing around 100,000 sq ft of net lettable floor space聽and聽constructed to聽achieve聽BREEAM 'Excellent', Wiredscore 'Gold', with low operational energy usage.
The building聽provides the largest floorplans in Sheffield and has a private roof terrace for use by the building's occupiers.
The聽project聽fronts the new public square, where the fully pedestrianised area provides 24/7 vibrant spaces for聽the聽occupants and public to use.
West Bar is a seven-acre private sector led development which will become one of the largest regeneration projects in聽northern England and is perfectly located between the聽city聽centre and the Kelham Island neighbourhood.
