Olympia London
Construction on London's ambitious Olympia regeneration began in 2020 with construction works taking place without interrupting events. Once finished, Olympia will be London鈥檚 top venue for showcasing global entertainment, emerging talent and innovative ideas.
The Masterplan includes 550,000 sq ft of office space, a 146-key Citizen M and 204-key Hyatt Regency hotel, a 4,000-capacity music hall, a 30,000 sq ft mixed-use venue with a restaurant and speakeasy, a 1,575-seat theatre and state-of-the-art conference facilities. Additionally there will also be a co-educational senior school, 2.5 acres of public space along with the restoration of Grade II and Grade II* fa莽ades.
Sustainability is a key focus, targeting BREEAM 鈥楨xcellent,鈥� Five at Heart 鈥楶latinum鈥� for cycling and WELL 鈥楶latinum.鈥� Green spaces and accessible terraces enhance biodiversity, while waste diversion stands at 100%, with 98% recycled locally and the rest used for energy recovery.
