One Newman Street/70-88 Oxford Street

This mixed-use development on Oxford Street provides around 122,400 sq ft of new Grade A space comprising 80,000 sq ft of offices and 42,400 sq ft of retail – all serviced by a smart workplace app.

The scheme includes a large shared roof terrace with views over Soho and Westminster, encompassing a retractable roof as well as seating and planting with a living green wall as its focal point. 198 cycle spaces, 290 lockers and 16 showers are also provided within the building.
