An exciting new 340,000 sq ft office development designed by Ian Simpson Architects providing flexible office accommodation over 20 storeys with an additional two sub-basement levels providing car parking, cycle storage and changing facilities.

In addition to the office space, the ground floor will include a pedestrian route improving connectivity and provision of space for cafes and retail occupiers, whilst there will be a restaurant on the 19th floor. The mezzanine level will provide conferencing facilities and bar area.

Forming the final element of the Spinningfields masterplan, a stand-out design will be achieved via three cantilevering facades and a fully glazed exterior. The project will act as an anchor within Manchester's Spinningfields business district, providing high quality grade A office accommodation to a range of occupiers.
