Pall Mall
G&T is supporting long-term client Kier Property after they were selected by Liverpool City Council to deliver a new mixed-use commercial quarter known as Pall Mall, in partnership with CTP.
The development masterplan comprises three new Grade A office buildings providing approximately 400,000 sq ft Net Internal Area of floor space, a new 281-bedroom 4* hotel and new high quality public open and green space situated at the centre of the development.
The 2.8 acre site occupies a strategic location in the city centre and the scheme will be the first Grade A office development in the city since 2011.
