G&T provided strategic advice during the initial property search and feasibility stages and Cost Management services for the subsequent construction stage.
This involved MEP infrastructure to Tier 3+ standard, dual electrical systems and N+2 on mechanical, in-rack cooling solution for high density IT racks and installation of complex engineering services and equipment.
It also included HV/LV distribution, transformers, standby generators, UPS, chillers, computer room PDUs and down flow air conditioning units and extensive CCTV/security systems.
