Ruby Ward
Ruby Ward is a16-bed new-build ward providing state-of-the-art accommodation for older adults with complex mental health illnesses and is part of a national NHSE drive to eradicate 鈥榙ormitory鈥� style wards.
The building provides a high quality environment for both patients and staff with the new facility expanding the Trust's capacity from 10 to 16 beds, including ensuite bedrooms, a dementia friendly layout, dedicated spaces for therapies and four new gardens.聽
The project was delivered via the NHS ProCure22 Framework with a very high standard of quality achieved by the PSCP, Kier Construction. G&T provided Project Management services, leading the project from RIBA Stage 2 to completion.
