G&T is currently delivering the in-situ refurbishment of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett鈥檚 office at CityPoint. The project is being delivered on a phased basis as the client remains in occupation during the fit-out and is due for completion by early 2023.
A pioneering semi-cellular office configuration has been developed with Gensler in response to the client鈥檚 brief to improve the knowledge sharing and 鈥榦n-the-job鈥� learning for more junior employees. The other key part of the brief was to create a warm and homely feel to the office which is reflected in the layout and colour palette.
The new space comprises a meeting suite, kitchen, staff caf茅 and bar as well as space for office-wide presentations with fantastic views over the City of London.
