Templeton Garden
The development comprises an existing 156 key hotel located in Earls Court.聽 The existing building is made up of seven聽Victorian terraced houses with a large garden to the rear.聽
The proposals include a refurbishment of the existing hotel together with a new ground floor and basement extension to include a new restaurant, meeting room and gym facilities. The private garden at the rear will be relandscaped to give the hotel a unique and distinguishing feature.
A mock up room has been constructed in the existing hotel which informs the roll out design and allows testing of on-site construction details, logistics and constraints.
G&T led the project project through the early design stages and a pre-application process with RBKC ahead of the planning submission in November 2022.
