The Hub is a new 107,000 sq ft development over three floors built on top of two existing buildings above Victoria mainline train station.聽聽Works were聽carried out while the building underneath remained occupied.聽聽
Designed by Morrow & Lorraine, the building has its own dedicated entrance and lifts as well as numerous roof terraces providing views over London and 192 secure bike spaces for tenants.聽 The聽project also involved聽extensive public realm works as well as the extension and rearrangement of various retail units on the ground floor.
With renewable energy technologies and聽an all electric design reducing carbon emissions, the new building has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' and EPC 'A'.
