The Mark

This 11-storey mixed-use redevelopment, with views to the Tower of London and All Hallows Church, includes 215,000 sq ft of commercial workspace alongside 14,000 sq ft of cultural, hospitality and retail space. 

Designed by 3XN, the building focuses on its sustainability credentials targeting BREEAM "Outstanding", NABERS "5*" and WELL "Platinum" whilst striving for best in class Embodied Carbon targets.

As well as its sustainability focus, The Mark will also incorporate a digitally immersive exhibition hall, providing educational heritage and cultural space for the local community, general public and building occupants, as well as local businesses.
