Societe Generale’s (SG) fit-out of its premises at One Bank Street has achieved BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out ‘Outstanding’ with a score of 86.12% - the first to be achieved by a bank.
The fit-out is the first at the 700,000 sq ft new build office building in London’s Canary Wharf. Only 15 projects in the UK have achieved BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out ‘Outstanding’.
G&T provided Project Management services on the 280,000 sq ft fit-out which was undertaken while the base build works were carried out. The new state-of-the-art trading floors will support 1,200 traders with a ‘market place’ restaurant and a winter garden with a creative interconnecting staircase linking the trading floors.
