G&T Celebrates Completion of 2000 Ocean Sales Center
G&T project 2000 Ocean Sales Center opens for business.
Construction began in 2018 and the final building will comprise 64 condominium units over 357,000 sq ft.
The sales center was built using four prefabricated units delivered by trailer and fixed together on site. The units were fitted out with high-end finishes and cutting edge technology, completed prior to the pre-season sales launch and will remain on-site during construction of the condominium tower.

G&T is providing Cost and Project Management services on this 1,000,000 sq ft residential tower, working closely with various building owners and managers to deliver the project.
