The building, to be built by BAM Construction, will be highly sustainable with circular aluminium fins wrapping around the building helping to reduce solar gain. Other features include basement electric car parking and extensive cycle storage.

The First Street Estate now extends to 17 acres and the neighbourhood is fast becoming a major cultural and commercial hub for the city.
