G&T has been appointed to provide Project Management Office (PMO)聽services for a leading global financial services firm, supporting the reimagining of its London portfolio. The team is supporting the client and professional services teams through all stages, from feasibility and masterplanning, through to design, construction, handover and close-out.
Alongside supporting end-to-end delivery, G&T manages the creation and dissemination of change communications to the wider business and the senior stakeholder steering group.
From the outset, the G&T PMO team has been responsible for establishing and implementing the programme governance structures, supporting consultant procurement and onboarding as well as聽developing a programme delivery model that ensures consistency across multiple workstreams and individual projects within the programme.
Beyond programme management and project support, the team also assists the client鈥檚 internal communications team. This includes crafting programme-related communications for various platforms and collaborating with the internal change management lead to deliver the change management strategy. The team ensures effective communication to senior stakeholders through both written and verbal formats.
