Peterborough Court

Peterborough Court

Located at the heart of Fleet Street, Peterborough Court is the redevelopment of the former Goldman Sachs London Headquarters. The scope of work encompasses the refurbishment of over 450,000 sq ft across 11 storeys, restaurant space, new high spec end of trip facilities including a cycle village and shower facilities. The landlord has plans to include a basement auditorium and an impressive on-site gym.

Designed with sustainability as a key focus, the proposed scheme is all electric, removing the dependency on fossil fuels and is targeted to achieve BREEAM Excellent, WELL Enabled Platinum and WiredScore Platinum to deliver high quality internal and external environments. A key element of the project is retention of the existing substructure, frame and fabric that minimises the volume of materials used during construction, whilst improving fabric performance, embodied Carbon credentials and air tightness of the existing building.

G&T is providing services throughout the refurbishment and is actively involved with the design team, contractor and third parties to ensure the successful completion of the redevelopment.
