Red Rose Stand and Hotel
The project represents one of the final stages in the redevelopment of Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire County Cricket Club, and involved the demolition of an existing open seating stand and its replacement with a new covered 1,025-seat stand offering enhanced spectator facilities.
Works also included a new 120-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn extension above the stand. These bedrooms will be supported by the existing hotel at the ground and also offer exclusive seating and private facilities for watching cricket and other events at Emirates Old Trafford.
With the new stand increasing the capacity to 26,700, Emirates Old Trafford will become England's third-largest cricket venue behind Lord's and The Oval in London.
