Southbank Place
London's South Bank is set to be transformed by a new mixed-use development with the iconic Shell Centre at its heart.
The project involves eight new buildings comprising 530,000 sq ft of office space, 48,000 sq ft new retail units, restaurants and cafes together with 877 new homes including affordable housing.
G&T is acting for the funders of the residential buildings.
