Jointly funded by the University of Sheffield, the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and the European Regional Development Fund, iCAIR is a state-of-the-art facility seeking to apply world-leading research to the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The building comprises workshop space with offices, reception areas and meeting rooms and also hosts the National Distributed Water Infrastructure facility which is a unique laboratory for research into the performance of distributed urban water infrastructure.
