G&T Celebrates Completion of One River Point Sales Gallery
G&T project, One River Point Sales Gallery, successfully completed following a six month development.
One River Point is Miami's first New York style sales gallery, featuring a 10 ft scale model of the project, interactive system to showcase the model and a touch screen computer allowing visitors to choose the display.
The sales gallery highlights features of what will be Miami's tallest building once completed, including museum style plinths exhibiting the project's details.
G&T is providing Project Management for the 60-storey tower designed by Rafael Vinoly in downtown Miami. The building comprises 350 units with facilities including a rooftop lounge and club, pools, gyms and a 60 ft water fall.
